The data subject whose personal data we process, in particular our customers and other visitors to our e-shop.

The online shop located on the website www.gonovesta.com.

Personal data we process:

Personal data is not only first name, last name, date of birth, but also any information and characteristics that can be used to identify a data subject. The Controller processes your personal data only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing, as follows:

  • email address,
  • name and surname,
  • postal address (street, landmark, municipality, city, state),
  • telephone number,
  • login data for the registered account (only if you register),
  • information about visiting and browsing the website,
  • IP address,
  • purchase and discount data: goods purchased, price of the goods purchased, place, date and time of purchase, details of discounts given,
  • data from cookies.

The Controller uses cookies on the e-shop. You can consent to the use of cookies by ticking the appropriate box in the bar that will automatically appear when you visit the e-shop.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that the e-shop stores on your computer, mobile phone or other device. Cookies used by the Operator allow the e-shop to recognise you and subsequently make the requested service available to you. Through cookies, the e-shop can also record your browser settings, the language you prefer, etc. Your future visit to the e-shop can thus be faster and more comfortable. Without cookies, browsing the e-shop would be more complicated and its functionality might not be flawless. Cookies help the Operator to continuously improve and develop the offer and settings of its services and to adapt them to your preferences and needs. Cookies can be used to analyse and statistically evaluate the use of services and advertising on the e-shop and subsequently improve its content, functionality or design, as well as to target marketing communications more effectively and relevantly.

For what purpose we process your personal data:

We process the personal data you have provided to us for the purpose of delivering the goods and products you have ordered and purchased, making claims, returning goods and the purchase price, communicating with you and sending you packages. The provision of data for this purpose is necessary in order to perform the contract you have concluded with the Controller, or to carry out pre-contractual measures at your request.

Marketing. The legal basis for processing personal data for marketing purposes may be considered to be the legitimate interest of us as the Controller, in particular the interest to inform you about our products and services in order to promote their marketability. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes at any time.

Cookies: the e-shop uses cookies mainly for the purposes of basic measurement of e-shop traffic and the creation of personalised advertising, which facilitates the subsequent provision of services and improves the user experience. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the Data Subject's consent to the processing of personal data for one or more specific purposes. Your personal data may be subject to automated decision-making and profiling. No transfer of your data to third countries is intended. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.

How long we keep your personal data:

Your personal data will only be processed for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing or as long as required by laws or regulations applicable to the Data Controller, e.g. commercial and tax archiving obligations or as long as permitted, e.g. for the purpose of securing evidence. After the purpose of the processing has ceased (e.g. when you stop participating in the e-shop or unsubscribe from the e-mail newsletter) or after the expiry of the statutory period, your personal data will normally be deleted in accordance with the law or its processing will be restricted, e.g. blocking of your e-mail address for advertising purposes when you unsubscribe from the newsletter service, or processing will be restricted within the framework of statutory commercial and tax archiving obligations.

Are you obliged to provide us with personal data?

The provision of personal data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide personal data, you may not be able to enjoy the benefits or have the ordered goods dispatched and delivered to you - failure to provide personal data may affect our ability to properly perform our obligations under the contract.

To whom will your personal data be disclosed?

We disclose your personal data to the Controller's employees for the purposes set out. We only disclose data to our suppliers if this is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing. Our suppliers include: IT service providers, accounting service providers, social network providers and postal and freight forwarding service providers.

The Controller informs the Data Subject that it entrusts the following entities with the processing of personal data:

a)Edrone Sp. z o.o., 1Lekarska St., 31-203 Krakow, NIP: 676-248-20-64, KRS: 0000537197 - for the purpose of using the edrone.me mailing system, which is used to send the newsletter,
b)Edrone Sp. z o.o., 1Lekarska St., 31-203 Krakow, NIP: 676-248-20-64, KRS: 0000537197 - only for marketing purposes via email, sms, social media campaigns launched or marked by the operator using the edrone.me system.

Rights:

As a Data Subject, you have the following rights, which you can exercise under the terms of applicable law:

  • the right of access to your personal data,
  • the right to rectification,
  • the right to erasure,
  • the right to restriction of processing,
  • the right to data portability,
  • the right to object to processing - where the processing of personal data is for the purposes of the legitimate interests of our company as Controller, in particular for marketing purposes,
  • the right to withdraw consent - if you have given your consent to the processing,
  • the right to bring an action.

You have the right to submit a claim to the supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, tel. +421 /2/ 3231 3220, email statny.dozor@pdp.gov.sk) if you believe that the processing of your personal data is in breach of these terms and conditions or the applicable legislation.

Method of exercising your rights:

You can exercise your rights by sending a written request by post to the address of the Controller, electronically to the email address: eshop@novesta.sk or by submitting your request in person at the registered office of the company.
